This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide through this website or our contact channels, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

This website has no user registration and does not store data through the contact form: when you submit it, your email program opens with the message ready, and it is you who decides whether to send it. We therefore process the data you voluntarily send us by email, by phone or in person: name, email address, phone number, company or organisation and any information you include in your message.

Please do not send us special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) or third-party data without their consent.

• Responding to your enquiries and requests for information or quotations. Legal basis: your consent when contacting us and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing the contractual relationship for the services contracted (projects, site supervision, permit applications, invoicing). Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations relating to accounting, tax and administration. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making with your data, and we do not use it to send marketing communications without your prior consent.

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to deal with it and, at most, one year if no business relationship begins. Data linked to a contractual relationship is kept for its duration and thereafter for the legal limitation periods (generally six years for commercial records and four years for tax records).

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law (tax authorities, courts, etc.) or where necessary to provide the contracted service (for example, public authorities or distribution companies in procedures you entrust to us).

Providers of web hosting, email and administrative services may access the data as data processors, under the corresponding contract.

This website displays fonts served by Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). To load them, your browser connects to Google's servers and transmits your IP address. Google may process this information outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Google Fonts does not set cookies. You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw any consent given, by emailing netlux@netluxsl.com or writing to the address above, with the reference "Data protection" and stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
