What we do

We offer engineering and consulting services specialising in building services projects, working with both public administrations and private companies. Depending on the scope of the project, we produce:

Building services

We design building services for new builds as well as refurbishments, extensions and changes of use.

Depending on the project, these may include electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, telecommunications, energy efficiency, renewable energy and other specific installations.

We ensure coordination with the architecture team and all other parties involved. We produce all technical documentation (report, calculations, drawings, diagrams, specifications, bill of quantities and budget) and, where applicable, manage the permits and legalisation needed for execution and commissioning.

Connection between the network and the building

We study the route from the main network to the building's entry point, taking into account the conditions of each utility and coordination with the other installations.

We design the building's connection to existing utility networks, fully resolving routes, ducts, service connections and connection points.

This makes it possible to set aside the necessary space within the plot and the building layout, avoiding changes during construction.

Execution

Site supervision and monitoring

Our involvement can continue during the construction phase, providing technical assistance and monitoring of the designed works.

We supervise the execution of installations and infrastructure, coordinating with the site management team, contractors, installers, utility companies and the authorities involved.

We support the project on site to resolve technical issues and verify that the solutions built match the project specifications.

Methodology

Our phased engineering service model

Our way of working is structured in phases that allow us to offer a comprehensive service, from the initial analysis to project follow-up after completion, ensuring technical, administrative and financial control throughout the process.

  1. Assessment and feasibility analysis

    Kick-off meetings, data collection, preliminary economic study, risk identification and feasibility report.

  2. Solution design

    Sizing and calculation of installations, structural elements, inspection chambers and distribution boxes. Construction specification of all elements, utility layout, single-line diagrams, preliminary design and preliminary budget.

  3. Funding, grant management and justification

    Where grants are available: preparation of reports and budgets, administrative procedures and responses to requests for information.

  4. Detailed design

    Technical report, installation and structural calculations, bill of quantities, specifications, budget, construction drawings and BIM/CAD coordination.

  5. Permits and legalisation

    Building permit, administrative authorisation, industry and environmental authorities, fire service if applicable, and certifications.

  6. Tendering and contracting

    Tender documents, award criteria, responses to queries, bid evaluation, technical reports and support for contract award.

  7. Site supervision and monitoring

    Site meetings, visits, progress certifications, quality control, cost control, variations, minutes and coordination with the contractor.

  8. Acceptance of the works

    Quality control protocols, commissioning, regulatory inspections and final documentation.

  9. Financial close-out and final handover

    As-built report, invoice collection, certifications, indicators, final report and responses to requests for information.
